What is DDC/CI, and why does it matter?
DDC/CI is the standard MoyMote uses to send brightness, contrast, power and other commands to your monitor over the video cable. Your monitor needs to support DDC/CI for MoyMote to control it. Most external monitors do, but individual controls (HDR, speaker volume) vary by model.
MoyMote can't find my monitor
Connect the monitor with HDMI or DisplayPort directly, not through a dock or adapter that may block DDC/CI. Then open the monitor's own menu and make sure DDC/CI isn't turned off; some monitors list it by that name.
My phone won't connect to the panel
Your phone and PC need to be on the same local network. Guest and office networks often stop devices from seeing each other, so try your home network. Pairing QR codes work once and expire after about two minutes, so show a fresh one on the PC and scan it again. To connect while away from home, see the optional remote access guide.
